Directions: Nutrela Soya Masala Dosa Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.To make the dosa batter, soak rice and urad dal separately for 4-6 hours. Grind them into a smooth batter and let it ferment overnight.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add Nutrela soya granules, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the soya granules are cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of the dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Place a spoonful of the Nutrela soya masala filling on one half of the dosa. Fold the other half over the filling and cook for a minute until the filling is heated through.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Nutrela Soya Masala Dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
