STEP 1.Take a bowl, smash the potatoes and add some corn flour, ginger paste, green chillies, salt, carom seeds and coriander leaves.
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients using your hands. prepare a dough.
STEP 3.Mix vinegar and tomatoe sauce nicely.
STEP 4.Grease your hands with some oil and make small kebab shaped dough.
STEP 5.Dip and coat the sauce on kebabs .
STEP 6.Coat the kebabs with bread crumbs .
STEP 7.Heat a pan with some oil
STEP 8.Deep fry these kebabs for 5 minutes
STEP 9.Drain and remove kebabs.
STEP 10.Garnish with some hot sauce and lemon.
