Ingredients for Veg Kebabs Recipe

  • 500 gram Boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 50 gram Corn flour
  • 1 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • As required Tomato Sauce
  • As required Edible oil for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Directions: Veg Kebabs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl,  smash the potatoes and add some corn flour, ginger paste,  green chillies,  salt, carom seeds and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients using your hands.  prepare a dough.
  • STEP 3.Mix vinegar and tomatoe sauce nicely.
  • STEP 4.Grease your hands with some oil and make small kebab shaped dough.
  • STEP 5.Dip and coat the sauce on kebabs .
  • STEP 6.Coat the kebabs with bread crumbs .
  • STEP 7.Heat a pan with some oil
  • STEP 8.Deep fry these kebabs for 5 minutes
  • STEP 9.Drain and remove kebabs.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with some hot sauce and lemon.
