• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes optional
• 19 ounce 1 . can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
• 28 ounce 1 . can diced tomatoes undrained
• 1 cup Diced cooked chicken breast i used rotisserie
• 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves chopped
• 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley
