I never tried turkey before this. Its another white meat like chicken. I tried some kebeb taste as wanted to feel how it taste. This is more similer to street style kebeb.
STEP 1.Marinate turkey with hung curd, ginger and garlic powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder and let it set for 6 hours atleast. After that cut bell peppers (yellow and red , onion ) in cubes.
After the resting time is over take sticks and put marinated turkey piece the bell pepper, then again turkey then onion then turkey and then bell pepper. And repeat it in this manner to fill the whole stick.
