Ingredients For Turkey Bolognese Recipe

• 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
• 3 Medium Carrots Peeled And Finely Chopped
• 1 Small Yellow Onion Finely Chopped
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
• 1 pound Ground Turkey I Use 93% Lean; I Wouldnt Recommend 99% Lean, As It Will Easily Dry Out, Or Ground Chicken
• 3 Cloves garlic minced
• 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
• 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• 1 cup Dry Red Wine Such As Cabernet Sauvignon
• 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
• 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 0.5 cup Whole milk
• 10 Ouunces Tagliatelle Or Fettuccini Pasta
• For Serving:Freshly Grated Parmesan Chopped Fresh Basil, And/Or Chopped Fresh Parsley
