STEP 2.Pound chicken with a meat tenderizer and set side until used
STEP 3.Create a breading station by adding flour in one dish,eggs in another disha and bread crumbs in third dish
STEP 4.Add salt and pepper to the eggs and beat it
STEP 5.Add desired spices in the bread crumbs
STEP 6.Dip the chicken in the flour and shake off excess flour
STEP 7.Dip the floured chicken in the egg mixture , coat well
STEP 8.Place the chicken in the breadcrumbs and coat well
STEP 9.Heat oil in a pan
STEP 10.Pan fry the chicken for 4mins
STEP 11.For the sandwich,cut bollios into half
STEP 12.Spread the mayonnaise,add the fried chicken
STEP 13.Top with lettuce,tomato, jalapeno slices and sliced avocado
STEP 14.Top with bread and serve
