Tashan -e-ghiya chat Recipe

Tashan -e-ghiya chat is a very yummy and healthy snack .I created this dish for my kids who always want chatpata thing . The hero of the dish is ghiya(bottle gaurd) which is fried with besan coating and than topped with fruity chutney ,curd dip and green coconut milk chutney.
