  • 0-1/25 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0-0.07 cup Butter
  • 0-0.11 cup powered sugar
  • 0-0.14 nos Baking powder ts
  • 0-0.07 nos Baking soda ts
  • 0-0.14 nos Vanilla essence ts
  • 0-21.43 gms Chocolate
  • 0-14.29 gms cream
  • 0-28.57 gm white chocolate
  • 0-5.71 gm Oil

Directions: Belgian Chocolate Truffle Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.FOR CHOCOLATE SPONGE MAKING:
  • STEP 2.• 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • STEP 3.• ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • STEP 4.• ½ cup oil or butter
  • STEP 5.• ¾ cup powder sugar
  • STEP 6.• 1 tsp baking powder
  • STEP 7.• ½ tsp baking soda
  • STEP 8.• ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • STEP 9.METHOD :
  • STEP 10.• Mix together oil and sugar and whisk well
  • STEP 11.• Sieve together flour coco powder , baking soda , baking powder
  • STEP 12.• Mix together in batches and make batter using milk
  • STEP 13.• Pour in parchment paper lined tin and bake at 165- 170 degree for 30-35 min in a pre
  • STEP 14.heated oven
  • STEP 15.FILLING:
  • STEP 16.• 100 g fresh crème
  • STEP 17.• 150 g dark chocolate
  • STEP 18.• Bring crème to full boil add crème to finely chopped chocolate and mix
  • STEP 19.• Fill in piping bag and insert
  • STEP 20.GLAZING :
  • STEP 21.• 200 g WHITE chocolate
  • STEP 22.• 40 g oil
  • STEP 23.• Melt chocolate add oil and mix well. Pour on cake , decorate according to your choice.
