STEP 1.First put the sweet potato in the pressure cooker, add water as required and cook till one whistle comes. Peel the boiled sweet potato and cut them into small pieces.
STEP 2.Now heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom powder, then add sweet potato and add sugar powder on top and stir lightly.
STEP 3.After cooking for a minute, switch off the gas.
STEP 4.Lightly fry cashews, almonds and raisins in a small pan.
STEP 5.Mix fried cashews, almonds, raisins in the prepared sweet potato and serve.
