How to Make Sweet Potato Recipe
STEP 01
First put the sweet potato in the pressure cooker, add water as required and cook till one whistle comes. Peel the boiled sweet potato and cut them into small pieces.
STEP 02
Now heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom powder, then add sweet potato and add sugar powder on top and stir lightly.
STEP 03
After cooking for a minute, switch off the gas.
STEP 04
Lightly fry cashews, almonds and raisins in a small pan.
STEP 05
Mix fried cashews, almonds, raisins in the prepared sweet potato and serve.
