Recipe By Better Butter

In this recipe i have used sweet potato, peas and seasoned with some salt, covered using beetroot and maida or flour dough. Tastes awesome, crunchy and goes well with any sauce or dip.

  • 1/4 teaspoon spinach Puree – – 2
  • 0.13 cup For Stuffing Sweet potatoes
  • 0.13 cup Boiled peas
  • 1/2 tablespoon Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon raisins broken
  • 0.13 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.13 tablespoon For Tempering – oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 0.38 teaspoon coriander seeds – coarsely ground
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped – medium
  • 0.06 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • As required Salt
  • 3/4 Coarse green paste Green chilies
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 0.13 inch ginger – finely chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Slurry – maida
  • 0.13 tablespoon Water
  • 3/4-1 tablespoon Oil/Ghee – for greasing
