STEP 1.Take a bowl and mix 1 tbsp water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, plum sauce and lychee syrup. Chop onions and capsicum. Mince the garlic.

STEP 1.Take another bowl to mix corn flour, self raising flour, egg white and prepare a smooth batter.

STEP 1.Now add the chopped pork into the egg batter mixture and mix it. Add oil in a pan and heat it.

STEP 1.Now add the pork along with the batter in the pan & saute it until golden brown. Now take a pan heat some oil. Add capsicum and dry it.

STEP 1.Then add pork gravy and cook properly until tender. Once gravy thickens add lychee and saute it for 30 secs before serving.
