Ingredients for Sweet And Sour Pork Recipe

  • 200 gram pork
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2.50 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon plum sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon lychee syrup
  • 0.33 Nos capsicum
  • 1 Nos yellow onion
  • 1 Nos garlic clove
  • 2.50 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon self raising flour
  • 1 Nos egg white
  • As required Oil

Directions: Sweet And Sour Pork Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and mix 1 tbsp water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, plum sauce and lychee syrup. Chop onions and capsicum. Mince the garlic.

  • STEP 1.Take another bowl to mix corn flour, self raising flour, egg white and prepare a smooth batter.

  • STEP 1.Now add the chopped pork into the egg batter mixture and mix it. Add oil in a pan and heat it.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now add the pork along with the batter in the pan & saute it until golden brown. Now take a pan heat some oil. Add capsicum and dry it.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Then add pork gravy and cook properly until tender. Once gravy thickens add lychee and saute it for 30 secs before serving.
