3 Pieces Potatoes
1 As Required Salt
1 Tsp pepper powder
As Required Few green chillies (optional)
2 Tbsp Galic-Ginger paste
2 Cups Onion Tomato Paste
A Handful Melon seeds
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
A Pinch Cardamom
1 Inch Cinnamon sticks
4 Tsp Cashew powder
50 g Crumbled paneer

STEP 1.Take HomeMade Fresh Paneer and Grind into a Fine Paste ..
STEP 2.Spread the Paneer Paste into Steel Plates..
Steam them using a Steamer..
STEP 3.Remove and Unmould them,Using a Cookie Cutter,Make Rings and Keep Aside ..
STEP 4.Mix Grated Paneer,Boiled and Mashed Potatoes,Salt,Pepper Powder,Kashmiri Red Chilli powder,Chat Masala,Garam Masala,Haldi Powder,Green Chilli,Ginger Garlic paste and Coriander Leaves ..and Mix well..Make Balls out of the Dough ..Pan Fry them..
STEP 5.Make Onion Tomato paste(Saute Onions,Tomatoes,Ginger-Garlic,Melon Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Cardamom,Peppercorns,and a Cinammon stick..Make a fine paste..
STEP 6.Heat oil in a Kadai,Add The Grinded Masala and Cook well for 2 mins and Add 4 tsps of Cashew Powder and Cook for about 4-5 mins..Add Fresh Cream and Mix well..
STEP 7.Add Crumbled Paneer and water,According to the Desired Consistency..
STEP 8.Place the Paneer Rings and Fried Paneer balls on top of it ..
