• 1 Small red onion, halved and sliced
• 1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 0.25 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 Jar spicy marinara sauce
• 8 ounce Fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
• Optional: grated parmesan cheese and julienned fresh basil
