• 225 gram Paneer
• 0.25 cup Milk
• 15 gram Ginger
• 6 flakes Garlic
• 1 cup coriander leaves
• 3 Green Chillies
• 0.75 cup Water
• 0.5 cup Ghee or Oil
• 300 gram Cauliflower cut into small pieces
• 2 cup Peas shelled or frozen
• 0.25 kilogram potato peeled and cut into 1 cm pieces
• 0.25 kilogram Carrots peeled and cut into thin strips 4 cm long
• 0.25 kilogram French Beans cut into thin strips 3 cm long
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric
• 2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
• 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
• 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 300 gram Tomatoes pureed
• 1.5 cup Curd beaten
• 2 piece slices Canned Pineapple cut into 1 cm
• 2 tablespoon Cashewnuts broken into pieces
• 12 Almonds blanched and sliced
• 1 pinch Saffron dissolve in tbsp hot milk or hot water
