Directions : Spicy Mexican Salsa Recipe

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 5 to 6 blanched, peeled and deseeded tomatoes that have been chopped fine.

STEP 1.Add 3 finely chopped pickled jalapenos, 1 onion finely chopped, 2 finely chopped green chillies, a small bunch of fresh coriander leaves finely chopped, ¼ tsp of roasted cumin powder, salt and the juice of 1 lemon.

STEP 1.Lastly add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well so that flavours are well combined. Transfer the salsa to a dipping bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
