0.5 green capsicum finely chopped
2 tablespoon cooking oil
0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
dash hing or asaefoetida
1 small onion finely chopped
1.5 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 As required green chilli finely chopped with or without seeds removed
0.5 teaspoon red chilly powder to add spice
0.5 teaspoon garam masala powder
0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
As required Salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
oil to deep fry
