0.5 pack rice noodles
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 Nos chicken breast
stalk A lemongrass
1 can coconut milk
1 can Chicken Broth
1 cup Water
As required Salt
Spice Paste
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 Nos shallots
3 Nos garlic cloves
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 piece Galangal
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
Toppings
2 cup bean sprouts
2 cup sliced cabbages
2 Nos hard boiled eggs
stalk A spring onion
2 Nos limes cut into wedges

Directions : Soto Ayam Recipe

STEP 1.Soak the rice noodles in warm water to soften it and later drain out the water

STEP 2.Grind all the spice ingredients and make a paste

STEP 3.Cut chicken breast into pieces

STEP 4.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

STEP 5.2.add spice paste & saute it.

STEP 6.3.add in the chicken broth, coconut milk, lemongrass,water and bring it to a boil.

STEP 7.4.then add the chicken breast,cover and cook at low flame for 30 mins and add salt as per taste.

STEP 8.5.boil rice noodles,bean sprouts, cabbages in a separate pot and transfer it into a bowl.

STEP 9.6.then add toppings of hard boiled eggs,onions and pour the hot chicken broth into the bowl.

STEP 10.7.serve hot with lime wedges and shallot crisps.
