• 2 teaspoon Ground turmeric

• 3 Large desiree potatoes, peeled, cut into 3cm cubes
• 400 milliliter 1 x can coconut milk
• 125 milliliter Water
• 1 bunch Snake beans, cut into 5cm lengths
