• 2 cup carrots sliced or 1 can carrots drained
• 4 pound peeled and diced whole tomatoes or 4 cans diced tomatoes
• 1 can tomatoes and okra
• 2 cup Water
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
