• 2 Potatoes, small, peeled and thinly sliced

• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 2 tablespoon Curry powder, hot or mild
• 15 ounce Canned tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 0.25 cup Fish stock, or water
• 2 cup Mushrooms, chopped
• 1 Bay leaf
• Bouquet garni, *plus
• 0.25 Cauliflower, washed and broken into flowerets
• 0.75 pound Shrimp, cooked and shelled
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• As required Black pepper to taste
