• 5.5 cup Corn masa harina
• 2.75 cup Water
• 0.5 cup Shredded oaxaca cheese
• 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
• 8 tablespoon Mexican cheese like queso fresco or cotija
• 4 tablespoon Mexican table cream
• 1 glass You will also need 2 large plastic squares about 10 in. each and pie dish, for forming the large tortilla for the quesadilla
