STEP 2.Once the tapioca seeds are washed now add the shredded coconut, sugar, pinch of salt, coconut milk, 1tbsp coconut milk.
STEP 3.Mix all the ingredients well and let it rest for 30mins.
STEP 4.Meanwhile, we can clean the banana leaves- wash them and wipe them with a cloth in the same direction to avoid tearing.
STEP 5.For wrapping- slit the banana leaves into 2 pieces long and short.
STEP 6.Apply some oil on the banana leaves, in the middle add 1 tbsp of tapioca mixture and assemble the banana leaves.
STEP 7.Secure it with some toothpicks
STEP 8.Apply the same for the rest of the mixture and banana leaves.
STEP 9.Add the wraps into a steamer, cover the lid and steam it for 40-50mins.
STEP 10.Remove the lid and the banana leaves carefully
STEP 11.Serve and enjoy it and top it with some condensed milk.
