Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Add the soaked sago pearls and cook on low heat until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Peel and grate the apples. Add the grated apples to the kheer and cook for a few more minutes.
