Sabudana &Carrot kheer is sweet dish. It is combination of Sabudana, Carrot &milk. It is Navratri Special dish. People can eat during fasting. It is healthy.
STEP 3.* Take a pan on medium flame and put ghee .
STEP 4.*Grate Carrot and stir in ghee 2-3 minutes then pour milk and boil it on low flame.
STEP 5.*When milk quantity reduced 1/4, put dry fruits and kesar strands . Stir it on low flame.
STEP 6.*At last put soaked Sabudana and sugar.., stir it for 2 minutes then switch off the gas.
STEP 7.*Kheer is ready ,garnish with dry fruits.
