  • 1/4 cup Sabudana
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the sabudana (tapioca pearls) thoroughly and soak them in water for 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add the soaked sabudana and cook on low heat until the pearls turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts to the kheer. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with more nuts.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to soak the sabudana for a few hours to soften them before cooking.
