- 12.50 Gram Bowl soaked Sabudana grinded well
- 0.13 Litre Full fat Milk
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ghee
- A Few Kesar strands
- 0.13 Tsp Cordmom powder
- 0.63 Tsp Sugar
- Handful Chopped mixed dry fruits
- 25 Gms Carrot

How to Make Sabudana &carrot Kheer Recipe
STEP 01
Procedure:

*Soak Sabudana in milk for 1/2 an hour.
STEP 03
* Take a pan on medium flame and put ghee .
STEP 04
*Grate Carrot and stir in ghee 2-3 minutes then pour milk and boil it on low flame.
STEP 05
*When milk quantity reduced 1/4, put dry fruits and kesar strands . Stir it on low flame.
STEP 06
*At last put soaked Sabudana and sugar.., stir it for 2 minutes then switch off the gas.
STEP 07
*Kheer is ready ,garnish with dry fruits.
