Ingredients for Sabudana &Carrot kheer Recipe

  • 12.50 Gram Bowl soaked Sabudana grinded well
  • 0.13 Litre Full fat Milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Ghee
  • A Few Kesar strands
  • 0.13 Tsp Cordmom powder
  • 0.63 Tsp Sugar
  • Handful Chopped mixed dry fruits
  • 25 Gms Carrot

Directions: Sabudana &carrot Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Procedure:
  • STEP 2.*Soak Sabudana in  milk for 1/2 an hour.
  • STEP 3.* Take a pan on medium flame and put ghee .
  • STEP 4.*Grate Carrot and stir in ghee 2-3 minutes then pour milk and boil it on low flame.
  • STEP 5.*When milk  quantity reduced 1/4,  put dry fruits and kesar strands . Stir it on low flame.
  • STEP 6.*At last  put soaked Sabudana and sugar.., stir it for 2 minutes then switch off the gas.
  • STEP 7.*Kheer is ready ,garnish with dry fruits.
