STEP 1.Take 3 cups of dessicated coconut in a pan. Dry roast for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 2.Add one cup of condensed milk / milk maid/ mithai mate. mix and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 3.Add half a cup of roohafza / rose syrup. Mix nicely.
STEP 4.Switch off the flame. Now take a portion of the cooked dough in a palm. Make laddus.
STEP 5.Coat with dessicated coconut powder. Refreshing coconut laddu ready.
