• 8 ounce Mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 2 cup Broccoli, chopped fairly small
• 1 cup Peas, frozen
• 1 Carrot, grated
• 6 Green onions, chopped
• 2 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 0.5 cup Chicken stock, or vegetable stock
• 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
