Directions : Ravva Kesari Recipe

STEP 1.In a small bowl add saffron and 2tbsp of water and keep aside.

STEP 2.In a pot add 2tbsp of ghee and let it melt, add 1 cup of rava and fry until it changes color.

STEP 3.Add cashew nuts and raisins, mix the rava again and add 4 cups of water.

STEP 4.Cover the pot with a lid and cook the rava until it reaches a thick consistency.

STEP 5.Add the prepared saffron water mix in the pot and 3 cups of sugar, mix sugar and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved in the dish.

STEP 6.Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix.

STEP 7.Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy.
