  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Rava
  • 5 gram Cashew nuts
  • 2.50 gram Raisins
  • 2 cup Water
  • As required Saffron Strands A few
  • 1.50 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder

How to Make Ravva Kesari Recipe

STEP 01

In a small bowl add saffron and 2tbsp of water and keep aside.

STEP 02

In a pot add 2tbsp of ghee and let it melt, add 1 cup of rava and fry until it changes color.

STEP 03

Add cashew nuts and raisins, mix the rava again and add 4 cups of water.

STEP 04

Cover the pot with a lid and cook the rava until it reaches a thick consistency.

STEP 05

Add the prepared saffron water mix in the pot and 3 cups of sugar, mix sugar and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved in the dish.

STEP 06

Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix.

STEP 07

Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy.
