• 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
• 1 Green chilies chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Finely chopped ginger
• 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 pinch Asafoetida
• 0.5 cup Water
• 0.5 teaspoon Sugar or as required optional and only add if you want a faint sweet taste
• 1.5 tablespoon Oil
