This pork meat curry recipe is an Indian pork curry. This lip-smacking curry is made with pork cooked in aromatic spices. It’s healthy, easy to make, and loaded with classic flavors. Perfect side dish for a comforting dinner.
STEP 1.1. Cut the pork into small pieces. Marinate the pieces with salt, turmeric for 1-2 hours.
STEP 2.1. Take a pan, in hot oil and add onions and ginger garlic paste. Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes after sometimes
STEP 3.After 10 minutes add turmeric powder and salt. And add the marinated pork, cook on high flame for 20 minutes. now add the ingredients for masala mentioned above. Cover and cook. Add a cup of water. Cook for 25 minutes.
STEP 4.Now add the cut potatoes and ash gaurds and cook on medium flame. Add water as required. Put on the lid and cook for 20 minutes. Keep checking in between. It takes about an hour, add some cinnamon cardamom paste. Keep cooking on medium flame. Mash some potatoes.
STEP 5.Yummy pork is ready.
