  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, and salt. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add onions and cook until softened. Add garlic, ginger, and spices, and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Add coconut milk, chicken broth, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 5.Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
