Directions : Pisang Goreng Recipe

STEP 1.Peel off the bananas and make a slit lengthwise and leave the bottom part intact.

STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients of pisang goreng batter and whisk it.

STEP 3.1.add oil in a pot for deep frying

STEP 4.2.dip the banana in the pisang goreng batter and deep fry it until golden brown.

STEP 5.3.after 2 mins of frying,add tiny drops of batter into the pan & fry it.

STEP 6.4.then quickly coat the bananas with the crispy bits,this will ensure pisang goreng to stay crispy longer.

STEP 7.5.take out the bananas once fried and serve.
