Ingredients for Pisang Goreng Recipe

  • 8 Nos ripe saba bananas
  • As required Oil for deep frying
  • As required Pisang Goreng Batter
  • 100 gram rice flour
  • 1.50 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Water

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel off the bananas and make a slit lengthwise and leave the bottom part intact.

  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients of pisang goreng batter and whisk it.

  • STEP 3.1.add oil in a pot for deep frying

step 5

  • STEP 4.2.dip the banana in the pisang goreng batter and deep fry it until golden brown.

step 6

  • STEP 5.3.after 2 mins of frying,add tiny drops of batter into the pan & fry it.

step 7

  • STEP 6.4.then quickly coat the bananas with the crispy bits,this will ensure pisang goreng to stay crispy longer.

step 8

  • STEP 7.5.take out the bananas once fried and serve.
