- 8 Nos ripe saba bananas
- As required Oil for deep frying
- As required Pisang Goreng Batter
- 100 gram rice flour
- 1.50 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder

How to Make Pisang Goreng Recipe
STEP 01
Peel off the bananas and make a slit lengthwise and leave the bottom part intact.
STEP 02
Mix all the ingredients of pisang goreng batter and whisk it.
STEP 03
1.add oil in a pot for deep frying
STEP 04
2.dip the banana in the pisang goreng batter and deep fry it until golden brown.
STEP 05
3.after 2 mins of frying,add tiny drops of batter into the pan & fry it.
STEP 06
4.then quickly coat the bananas with the crispy bits,this will ensure pisang goreng to stay crispy longer.
STEP 07
5.take out the bananas once fried and serve.
