STEP 1.1 - heat some oil in a pot and fry the potatoes for 8 minutes.
STEP 2.2 - heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan and cook sausages in it.
STEP 3.3 - cut the meat into bite size pieces and season it with some salt, black pepper, garlic and cumin.
STEP 4.4 - heat some oil in a pan and fry locotos for 2 minutes.
STEP 5.5 - keep on stirring it continuously.
STEP 6.6 - now add tomatoes, onions and salt to the pan and mix well.
STEP 7.7 - add meat and cook it for 2 minutes.
STEP 8.8 - deep fry the potatoes again and season with some salt.
STEP 9.9 - add sausages to the meat mix and give it a nice stir so that everything combines well.
STEP 10.10 - serve it with boiled eggs, lacotos, tomatoes, mustard and mayonnaise.
