Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 2.Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the chorizo. Cook until crispy and the fat has rendered, about 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove the chorizo from the skillet and set aside. Leave the rendered fat in the skillet.
