- 900 gram beef loin
- 450 gram Sausages
- 8 No.s Potatoes
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 No.s Onions
- 2 No.s diced tomatoes
- 8 No.s chilli pepper

- 1 teaspoon cumin

How to Make Pique Macho Recipe
STEP 01
1 - heat some oil in a pot and fry the potatoes for 8 minutes.
STEP 02
2 - heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan and cook sausages in it.
STEP 03
3 - cut the meat into bite size pieces and season it with some salt, black pepper, garlic and cumin.
STEP 04
4 - heat some oil in a pan and fry locotos for 2 minutes.
STEP 05
5 - keep on stirring it continuously.
STEP 06
6 - now add tomatoes, onions and salt to the pan and mix well.
STEP 07
7 - add meat and cook it for 2 minutes.
STEP 08
8 - deep fry the potatoes again and season with some salt.
STEP 09
9 - add sausages to the meat mix and give it a nice stir so that everything combines well.
STEP 10
10 - serve it with boiled eggs, lacotos, tomatoes, mustard and mayonnaise.
