Pique a lo macho is a dish that consists of homemade fries, steak, sausages, a bit of onion, tomato, hard-boiled eggs, and the touch that makes it pique macho.
STEP 1.cut the potatoes into thick sticks. Put them in a bowl of cold water to prevent the color change. Drain the water and pot dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
STEP 2.Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for 20 minutes or until they turn crisp. Heat a pan and add sliced chorizos , sausages , meat cubes to it.
STEP 3.Season it with some salt and pepper . Let the chorizos turn brown and make sure that your pan is sealed while cooking.
STEP 4.Cut the onions into julienne strips , the tomatoes into cubes and boiled egg into semi thick segments. Serve the cooked meat with onions , tomatoes and boiled egg.
