Pipian Verde Recipe

• STEP 1.Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan

• STEP 2.Remove after they starts popping

• STEP 3.Roast tomatillos,garlic,peppers,and onions

• STEP 1.Put all of them in a blender. Blend in a smooth paste.

• STEP 1.In a pot add the chicken, water, bay leaf, salt, onion, and garlic. Cover and cook.

• STEP 1.In another pot heat oil add sauce and cooked chicken.

• STEP 1. Cook for 10 mins and serve with rice.
