Directions : Pf Chang Style Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap Recipe

STEP 1.1 heat a wok or kadai and add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 inch ginger grated, 4 cloves garlic crushed. Add 4 spring onion bulbs and leaves chopped. Saute for few minutes.

STEP 2.2 turn the heat to high and add 2 finely chopped red bell pepper, ½ cup steamed sweetcorn,1 finely chopped green zucchini. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes all the vegetables till tender.

STEP 3.3 then add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp hot and sweet sauce, 1 tsp schezwan sauce. Stir well till vegetables are well coated with the sauces. Check the seasoning and adjust. Turn off the heat. Roasted vegetables are ready.

STEP 4.4 in a cup of the lettuce leaf spoon the roasted vegetables.

STEP 5.5 vegetable lettuce wrap is ready.
