Ingredients for Pf Chang Style Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap Recipe

  • 1 No.s Iceberg lettuce, with leaves separated
  • 2 No.s Red Bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 No.s Green zucchini finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn
  • 4 No.s Spring Onion bulbs and greens chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot and sweet sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Pf Chang Style Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 heat a wok or kadai and add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 inch ginger grated, 4 cloves garlic crushed. Add 4 spring onion bulbs and leaves chopped. Saute for few minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 turn the heat to high and add 2 finely chopped red bell pepper, ½ cup steamed sweetcorn,1 finely chopped green zucchini. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes all the vegetables till tender.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 then add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp hot and sweet sauce, 1 tsp schezwan sauce. Stir well till vegetables are well coated with the sauces. Check the seasoning and adjust. Turn off the heat. Roasted vegetables are ready.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 in a cup of the lettuce leaf spoon the roasted vegetables.

  • STEP 5.5 vegetable lettuce wrap is ready.
