Directions : Pani Appa Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a bowl take rice flour, sugar and yeast.

STEP 2.2 gradually add water to this mixture and keep aside for 2-3 hours.

STEP 3.3 now add thick coconut milk, honey, salt and mix it well.

STEP 4.1 heat a pan, tale it off the flame, add ½ a cup batter to it and spread it all over the pan.

STEP 5.2 keep it on the stove, sprinkle some jaggery, cover it and cook for a few seconds.

STEP 6.3 take your pani appa out using a wooden spatula and it is ready to be served
