Paneer jalebi is an instant sweet recipe that is made with cottage cheese n whole wheat flour, fried in ghee n dipped into sugar syrup. A beautiful instant recipe for festival cravings. It is decorated with vark n pistachios.
STEP 1.Method: take paneer n aata. Give it a churn in grinder. Add some milk. Churn it again. Make a paste of it. Take a piping bage with star nozzle n fill it up. In between make sugar syrup of no string consistency. Add cardamom. Keep aside. Now heat ghee n make roundles of small sizes. Fry at low medium heat. Bring them out n put into warm syrup for few seconds. Bring them out n garnish with verk n pistachios n pour some syrup on it. It's ready to serve.
