Ingredients for Pudina flower mathri Recipe

  • 0.40 Cups Fresh mint leaves washed n chopped
  • 0.30 Cups Maida
  • 0.40 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/5 Tsp Ghee
  • 1/5 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/5 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.40 Tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 1/5 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water
  • 1/10 Litre Oil for frying

Directions: Pudina Flower Mathri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take maida n mix oil, ghee, salt n chopped mint. Add ginger chilli paste n jeera. Rub with hands n add water to make a tight dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes . Now take a big ball. Roll out a thick chapati. Cut rounds . Now take each round n with the help of a knife cut in way to keep it joined in centre n it will look like a flower 🌺 now pinch each petal with your thumb n index finger. Make rest like this. Dry in at low medium flame. Let them cool completely. Store into air tight container 🫙.
