STEP 1.Take both flours together. Add salt , ginger paste, til oil. Rub with fingers. Add a little water to make a tight dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Make balls from aata n rol into a thick roti. Now cut small coins from the roti with the help of a cutter. Deep fry it in medium hot oil . After cooking completed let it cool down completely.
