  • 0.33 Cup bajra flour
  • 0.17 Cup wheat flour
  • 0.67 Tbsp oil
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 0.33 Tbsp Til
  • 0.33 Tbsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 0.08 Litre Oil for frying
  • As Required Water

Directions: Bajra Coins Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take both flours together. Add salt , ginger paste, til oil. Rub with fingers. Add a little water to make a tight dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Make balls from aata n rol into a thick roti. Now cut small coins from the roti with the help of a cutter. Deep fry it in medium hot oil . After cooking completed let it cool down completely. Keep it in a air tight container
