Ingredients for Paneer jalebi Recipe

  • 75 Grams Paneer
  • 1.50 Tbsp Aata
  • 1/2 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 0.38 Cup Water
  • 75 g hee for frying
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • As Required Pistachio few flakes
  • As Required Verk small piece

Directions: Paneer Jalebi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method: take paneer n aata. Give it a churn in grinder. Add some milk. Churn it again. Make a paste of it. Take a piping bage with star nozzle n fill it up. In between make sugar syrup of no string consistency. Add cardamom. Keep aside. Now heat ghee n make roundles of small sizes. Fry at low medium heat. Bring them out n put into warm syrup for few seconds. Bring them out n garnish with verk n pistachios n pour some syrup on it. It's ready to serve.
